To initiate a return:

3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

If your return is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

• You may opt for store credit if preferred.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part.
